Great women the have good customer service

Emailed about price adjustment and received a reply pretty quickly. Shipping was fast. My only issue was the time it took to process and pay out once the package was delivered. I usually use another company that has always paid out within 3 hours of receiving the shipment so I was pretty surprised it took almost 48 hours to receive payment. Update: The reply to this review is false. I created my account in September and the review was posted after my very first experience with this company. I definitely do not have extra supplies every single month like that. I suspect I am being confused with someone else. The other company I used was definitely not Twomoms, I thought 4 out of 5 stars was pretty great. My review is my opinion about my experience as a customer not what the business believes it deserves. Update 2: I had an overall good experience with this company AT FIRST. I left an honest review with 4 out of 5 stars. I then received a reply to my review with incorrect information about my interactions with them (possibly confusing me with another customer) and I replied here correcting that. Aside from that, I had continued to do business with them every once in awhile with no issues. Until today. My account was "restricted" for "hurting their business by damaging their reputation". Leaving an honest 4 star review about my experience is not damaging, being rude and petty towards a customer over not getting 5 stars is.

Honest company. I accidently sent an extra box and I would've never known. They let me know and compensated accordingly.
