They damaged my strips and wont pay
I have been selling test strips for a few years to them. I know the rules, no expired ones, damaged, etc. They received my package and they would not pay me for it due to the box being sliced. They sliced the box of strips when they opened it, so now i am out the $$ and the test strips because they will not return the box that they damaged!

We respectfully disagree Arrah. Sometimes when the pharmacies open the big pallets of Test Strips, they carelessly sliced open the shrink wrapped plastic with box cutters, and cleanly slice through some of the boxes. We believe this is what happened to your box. When we open shipping boxes, we have our box cutters set to 1/16 of an inch so that we never damage the customers boxes. We don’t believe you intentionally sent us a sliced box since you many times sent us good product. Sometimes it’s easy to miss a clean slice through a test strip box, especially when it’s near an edge. We believe this is what happened in this case. We did indeed send your Test Strip box back to you, so you posted this negative review before checking with us. We feel it’s unfortunate that we’ve had this experience and we wish you the best in the future. -2 Moms
