this one is probably the best most glowing, incredible pick yout word one I can give to describe them. I live about 3,000 miles away from where the home offices of this company are. They are in El Cajon California. I am in Northern New Jersey. 55 hours after I mailed my box out my order was processed and COMPLETED.......55 hours. their customer service is the best. Although I've only dealt with and spoke with one of actual owners of the company. Yes an owner. Kathleen. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that they all work the same way. you couldn't do what they do at the speed and with the proficiency that they do it if they were not taught to.100% the customer comes first at this company. they do what they have to do with the supplies after you are completely taken care of. I have never seen so many payment options made available to anyone for anything. never mind just for test strip companies. for anything that you possibly could get payment for. you name the place they don't have as many options. the list just keeps on going. and that's just one of the many aspects of their incredible customer service and the fact that the customer comes first. everybody says that right? well it is 100% true here. you are first. they are the most trusted company that I've ever dealt with when it comes to test strips. And for many of us. You know exactly what I'm talking about. Shady type companies when you first start to look and you unfortunately live n you learn. I went to two other places prior to going to them. And one other place that a relative of mine recommended that was in Maryland. Claimed to be much quicker got paid more money for it. not even close. Took longer they adjusted the prices to weird things that I had absolutely no idea about didn't give an explanation why. but at least they sent you the money in a check which they charged you for by the way. I don't highly recommend them I only recommend them. Although I do not know what the actual ranking system is and how they do it if they're not number one they sure should be in my eyes. and again I've dealt with other companies before that claim to be ranked at the top or the best and it didn't work out that way. I just didn't pick them out of a hat when I first started to do this. I try to research as many of these companies as I could to get the best price. and how long it took n payment options. my favorite was waiting 3 weeks for an email response. as my box of supplies sat at a post office in Kansas. for 3 weeks then finally after I gave a horrible review on Google because I didn't get paid yet. Shockingly I received an email that very next morning tell me my check was in the mail. and could I please change my review. I did but not anything that would ever make them happy. Mediocre? yeah that's about all they got from me. Trust me when I tell you you're dealing with mothers. actual moms. so think about your own. If you do that the choice is very very clear on who you should pick and it's them.
