Put off by customer service response

I sent them some extra supplies last year when they offered Zelle and received payment within 24 hours of delivery of the supplies. This time, they didn't offer Zelle, but I selected paypal, which is typically just as quick. The USPS alerted me that the delivery was made on the Monday following shipment. When I had not heard anything by late Wednesday evening, I checked online and it said that the shipment had been processed, but there was no payment showing. I emailed to inquire about the payment, and received a somewhat snotty response about having to be patient and that paypal payments had just been processed and I should have received my payment overnight. It didn't sound like they even verified that mine had in fact been processed even though I gave them the details to do so. I received the payment Thursday morning. I was a little put off by the poor customer service, and may choose not to do this again this year.

Please know we appreciate all our sellers and we receive hundreds of inquiries every week asking about when their payment will be made even though we state in our policies that payment will be made within 4 business days at the latest (but normally much faster, more like 1 business day). It all depends on how many shipments we receive on a given day. The more inquiries we receive asking about when the payment will be made just delays everyone's payments because we have to stop making payments and look up your information, so it is frustrating for everyone, especially you. We setup an automated system for you to be able to check the status of your payment, shipment and processing directly, which you used and we appreciate that. We do appreciate your patience when waiting for a payment and please know that we are processing payments day and into the night every business day as quickly as possible as we know how important they are to our sellers, you.
