We are truly sorry to hear about your experience Shirley. Unfortunately the boxes you submitted are NOT listed on our website. You submitted the 50ct OneTouch Verio DME boxes, and you indicated they were 50ct OneTouch Verio Retail boxes. We clearly note on our website, in our emails, in our virtual chat, on FB, everywhere to please double check your supplies before sending, because if the items in your quote don't match, we won't buy them and they cannot be returned. We try really hard to alert all our sellers as mentioned above, but can't force you follow our policies and avoid disappointment as you are in this case. We're committed to providing fair, honest and transparent service to all our sellers and appreciate your business.

Sorry to hear about this situation Mark. Unfortunately you mailed us one Dexcom G7 'SAMPLE' box, but submitted it as a G7 'RETAIL' box in your quote. The Dexcom G7 product page clearly shows that WE DO NOT BUY THE SAMPLE version of that product in 3 places on the page. What you're asking us to do is pay you for a sample box you received for free, and pay you full retail price. No one in this industry will do that. We try REALLY hard to advise our sellers up front to avoid disappointment, but we can't force you to read the page or follow our policies. And you did agree to our terms when you submitted your supplies. We provide you with the opportunity to review our terms and you can agree and submit, or you can choose to not agree and not submit. You agreed and submited. However, now, you are basically saying that regardless that the 'sample' box was not listed, and regardless that we ask you to double check your supplies before mailing, and regardless that you agreed to our terms, we should still pay you for a sample box that we can't sell (and why it's not listed on the website). And we also clearly note on our website, in our emails, in our virtual chat, on FB, everywhere to please double check your supplies before sending, because if the items in your quote don't match, we won't buy them and they cannot be returned. And again, we try really hard to alert all our sellers, but can't force you follow our policies and avoid disappointment as you are in this case. And no, we didn't sell your sample box, we can't, we don't have buyers for them. They are donated as we describe, again, on our website and unfortunately we both lost money Mark. We could not pay you and we already paid for your shipping to get to us and can't resell the box. We're committed to providing fair, honest and transparent service to all our sellers and appreciate your business.
