2 Mom's I've had it...😠
***UPDATE*** Very very much disappointed. "Upcoming regulatory changes with script labels" What a load of bs. Other companies just use a substance to get the labels off. I count on this money to make it though the month. At least they are sending my things back let's hope they aren't damaged. Who's responsible if they are? Will never do business with this company again. Let me down when I needed them the most.

This maybe the case in your state... But I have tried several other companies since my awful experience with 2moms and have not had any issues with labels. Matter of fact it's not even brought up anywhere at all....? So again I do call BS. A company to steer away from here. 0 stars if I was able to. I ship to AZ, Tx, and FL zero problems.
**Not trying to get into a shoving match**
I did a simple Google search and have found no legal or restrictive mentions regarding script labels. If anything the whole business of buying unused diabetic testing supplies is a grey area you guys as well as others take advantage of. So with that in mind. Script labeling shouldn't be a big concern. What you are doing is called damage management. Good day. Firmly 0 stars!!!
TLDR; a "government agency" honestly very wordy. The point remains. No other company has mentioned this.... You are just trying to cover your tracks and not accept accountability for potentially poor business practices. As you may know a "simple web search" isn't going to tell you EVERYTHING about every company or agency in AMERICA... HOWEVER using simple search terms will help anyone find appropriate information to make a decision regarding diabetic testing supplies. Terms that directly corelate. 99% of your business is people selling you testing supplies bought from their insurance. Your own website used to say not to take these labels off. 😂 Now you back track because??? Well that's not for me to know...

When a regulatory agency approaches you and tells you to stop buy supplies with script labels otherwise they will fine you every day or worse, lock you up, you follow the demands. Cory, as we mentioned several times, you may not be aware of everything going on in the United States, in every state and with every company. In fact, we will pretty much bet on the fact that you don't know. A 'quick' web search won't tell you anything. All we are asking is for you to be honest with the fact that this has nothing to do with our service. When a government agency tells you to stop doing something, otherwise they will fine or imprison you, you do it. Regardless of whether or not 'you' are happy about it, it has no reflection on the service we are actually providing.
We process and pay our sellers normally the same day, 90% of the time, pay top prices, and we have over 8,000 positive 4.9-star reviews we are very grateful for. Obviously, this is not an issue for most everyone else, except for you. As this was a regulatory issue, we have had to navigate and have gone through incredible financial hardship in order to accommodate both our sellers and regulatory agencies. We're sorry you can't understand the fact that this has nothing to do with our service - this is just the fact that you don't like it. On your first 2 quotes, we paid you in full and timely, paid you bonuses and provided timely and excellent customer service. In fact, to prove it, here is the note you left us thanking us for the great service you received. And all of a sudden, because we had to comply with a regulatory issue, at great financial distress to us, and only because you had script labels on your supplies, now we are the worst company in the US? Again, wish you all the best.
