TWC HOLIDAYSReviews of twcholidays.net

Hi, My name is Cheryl McClendon. The only complaint I have is I was told to go online to reserve seat by Sam. After I did it became null and void… unnecessary stress… Atlanta airlines took care of us as far as seats. Otherwise Dubai was an amazing, beautiful, organized & rewarding experience thanks to Sam. Would have liked to have had a weekend experience! Beverly did a wonderful job keeping us informed. I look forward to next trip!

It was a great and eventful trip. Full of exciting and interesting adventures for all to enjoy. I Loved it and would do it again.

The trip was well planned and the price was excellent. The only drawback was the airline booking/seat selection/check-in. Qatar service aboard the aircraft was attentive and proactive. Sam and Beverly our tour planners were awesome. Ready to try another trip with TWC.

Dubai did not disappoint. I was hesitant about the trip, but I am so glad that I went. The flight with Emirates was top notch. They made you forget it was 12 hours on a plane and the experience was great! It was a bit difficult wrangling all of us together at the airport as we were all in different groups, but once we all found one another the transportation to the hotel went smoothly. Check-in too much longer than normal however, and everyone got overly anxious. In the future I would suggest being able to leave your bags in a room and go get lunch or be able to go to the pool. The hotel was great, but there is a language barrier to overcome. Sam set us up on some great tours. While I was worried about the desert safari, it was one of my favorite stops. The sunset in the desert cannot compare to any I've ever seen. And the bus tour of Dubai was so informative and we got to visit places we would normally not be allowed. We are so thankful that the Expo was there and that Sam arranged tickets and transportation. That was amazing! As with any trip, there are ups and downs, but overall this was a great way to see a lot of Dubai in a little amount of time.

The TWC Holidays Dubai itinerary was well designed and covered a good cross section of activities at the destination. The customer support provided during the trip was commendable. Our guides and drivers were exceptional.
