Too many clicks to get logged in and get to the race you want. Time consuming

when I make a deposit gets withdrawn from my account in one day unless it’s a weekend. It takes almost 5 days to receive my money. After having been a 3+ year customer,I think I should get paid quicker then I do.

The app buffers to long , it seems to stall/freeze always at the wrong time, I e . Placing a bet !!! Overall I have seen improvement with/through the app. Still give a good passing grade.

Avg ,not enough focus on the vip players . Promotions dept.is unimaginative ;trout out same churn money back for finishing 2nd & 3rd . That benefits TVG NOT the player. Graphics doesn’t get talent picks up in s timely manner. They should be up at least half hr before first race of any bet sequence. Producers have to do better job of switching to right race to see live . This area is too long to explain but it must improve .

Hosts don't need to talk over the on track experts in Hong Kong. Serves no purpose as other than Candace none of them can add any insight. And bumping Sha Tin for Cal Expo...really.
