First let's deal with 4NJBets, the NJ horse wagering site operated by TVG. If you deposit with PayPal, they take a five dollar fee. Why? I don't know. PayPal, ACH deposits and credit card deposits have to "clear" before you can withdraw your own money!! Ridiculous. So if you win, say, $500, they won't release your winnings for days hoping you'll blow it back* (*in my opinion.) I can withdraw cash from other legal gambling sites the same day and with PayPal, I often get the cash in a few minutes or hours. I suggest: Track your handicappers to see how well they do.
