Will, We're sorry to hear of your frustrations with our upgrades to the banking system. Betcash withdrawals are electronically transferred to your financial institution the next day at 5pm if withdrawn before 5pm on the current day, or 5pm the following day if done after 5pm the current day. Very rarely there are delays and that is usually due to a banking holiday or specific upgrades to the system that are in process so TVG can provide the best service possible to all of our players. Any inconvenience caused is certainly not intended.

Mike, We're sorry for any perceived delays in the chosen withdrawal method. Check mailing is certainly a slower option for receiving withdrawals as the United States Post Office takes 3-10 business days to get it into your capable hands. Checks do go out daily Monday - Friday barring any federal holidays. If you require information on any faster and all other available withdrawal methods, these can be found at Support.tvg.com under the 'Funding' section. Thank you, TVG

We can see that your account has been locked due to too many login attempts with an incorrect password or PIN number. We've unlocked the account and sent you a password reset email. Roger, Check withdrawal requests are processed daily Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays). If you requested your check on Saturday the 5th, the day of the Kentucky Derby, then it would have been mailed on Tuesday the 8th as Monday was a holiday. Checks can take 3-10 business days to arrive, depending on where you are located. If you have still not received your check 10 business days after it was mailed please contact our support center at the first link below so we can reissue the check, or offer another withdrawal option that will arrive quicker.
