Dear Customer, We're sorry if there is any confusion, so we had our customer service team reach out to you today and left a voice mail to get in contact. To explain our support article, and our terms and conditions state TVG is an Advance Deposit Wagering (ADW) company, and as such, we are not licensed to hold customer funds indefinitely if there is no active wagering activity in the account. The fees for inactivity can be alleviated by placing one wager with your account every 6 months or withdrawing your balance to avoid the fees. If you have any further questions you can always reach out to our customer service team on our support site clicking the gold 'Message Us' button or emailing us at [email protected] https://support.tvg.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006785373-Account-Maintenance-Fees

We're sorry to hear that you believe that about TVG. It's important to understand TVG does not make the final decisions of wager payouts or the scratched runner rules that host tracks are obligated to follow, TVG has no say. For your information the Breeders' Cup has posted a statement about the event you are referencing here as well. https://www.breederscup.com/article/statement-breeders-cup

Hi Frank, I'm sorry to hear you aren't happy with our broadcasters. I've passed on your feedback, but if you'd like to reach the broadcasting team directly you can email them at [email protected]. Due to the high volume of emails received at [email protected], not all comments and questions can be addressed on the air.

Hi Maurice, Sorry about not having live phone lines, but it's a necessary measure as our workforce is working from home at this time. If you email us or chat in as is normal at this time we can always set up a scheduled callback time if you need to resolve an issue where we call you back at a scheduled time. Below is the support article URL for contacting support where they can work on answering your questions and concerns. https://support.tvg.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005946853-Contact-Support

Hi Doug, Sorry to hear you are having some trouble with our service. We definitely want to help you out here, but while we don't have an inbound phone number to call at this time, you absolutely are able to request a call back through email or chat with a valid phone number, for any issues regarding your account. We reach out to folks that request a callback as soon as possible once you set that up with a valid phone number.

Hi Doug, We do offer Money Back Specials many times a week, but it's possible you weren't opted in to the offer. We'd love to assist you with those payouts so please contact our support team by email at [email protected], or chat at support.tvg.com, click the yellow "message us" button at the top of the page. Unfortunately as our reps are currently all working from home we do not have an inbound call line. However, if you would like to speak to a rep by phone, you can request a call back through email or chat.
