Tom, Sorry you are having issues with logging in on your account and our streaming services. We don't like hearing about our customers running into issue so we would like to assist. It looks like you had contacted our customer service team, but the chat disconnected at some point, and so we have reached out to you over the phone as well now, but were unable to leave a voicemail when the line was not picked up.
