It I could possibly leave 100 negative stars I would . I am so tired of talking to these people I don't know if I can even begin to describe my experiences . They do NOT listen . That's a fact . And they tell you multiple things as if they do not even know they are doing it . You ask for a supervisor and they will not let you . Mean !!! I thought DirecTV was really , really bad . Compared to these people , they are the most kind , intelligent , efficient group that ever lived !!!!!😅

YouTubeTV will not include Fox in my icons even though I watch the channel every day! It does include CNN, BBC and MSNBC which I seldom, if ever, watch. Obviously YouTubeTV is making a concerted effort to steer viewers away from Fox.

Predatory automated billing practices. My payment declined one month, so YouTube TV completely locked me out and cut off my streaming access. Instead of canceling an inactive account, their system silently ran a 30-day "retry loop" in the background. A full month later and without warning, without restoring my access first, and without my permission, they forced a charge through on my card. Customer support refuses a refund even though the account tracks zero minutes of watch time for the billing cycle. I had already moved on and found a much better service through Xfinity Streaming with far better pricing, especially since I bundle my internet, mobile, and home security services through them. Absolute scam behavior to lock someone out and then steal their money anyway.

Save yourself money and time and go back to another tv service!!! When you purchase a family account and move out of the area (for a job, school, or military) you only get 90 days of access then you can no longer use YouTube tv until you travel home and log on in your home area. YouTube doesn’t support families that live in different locations or military personnel. It’s horrible when considering their customers.

I cannot urge people enough to cancel YouTube TV and go with another service provider. They go and mess with your Gmail account and other things without your consent or valid reasoning. Plus it is far too much when they are missing so many basic channels. Run far away from these guys.

I came home tonight wanting to watch my hometown Atlanta falcons football game from earlier today. YouTube TV even though I had asked to record all the Atlanta falcons games will not show me the game. They want to charge me an additional fee. I already pay them what I think is way too much for less than expected services. I hope they read this review and work to improve their coverage so that people that have lived in Atlanta and pay their high fees can watch the games that they have asked to be recorded. I give them a great big thumbs down. We need better options. Hopefully another company will offer those options so that we can move service away from YouTube TV!!

I bought YouTube TV for the expressed purpose of being able to watch Oregon Duck Football games for the 2026 season and save them to my library for watching later if necessary. Today I watched the Ducks vs Oklahoma State football game and it was without doubt the worst experience I have had watching Any sporting event. The camera work was terrible and at times didn't even show the plays. The only announcing was from the local stadium announcer and the cameras never showed the scoreboard so I could not see the score or the time clock. There was no announcement for timeouts or who called them. Penalties were not announced so I could not tell what the penalty was or who it might be against until the referee moved the ball. It was like sitting in the stadium watching the game but not being able to see the scoreboard. At times there were technical difficulties and the screen blacked out and for approximately 2 minutes the main camera was stationary pointing at the far end of the field so I couldn't see any players or plays that were being run. It was a very poor experience and definitely not worth the money.

Very unhappy about having pay for more packages on YouTube TV. I Don’t like that YouTube TV takes stuff down makes you pay more for sports movies TV shows . YouTube TV packages are too much money. This feedback is for people At YouTube.
