YoutubeReviews of tv.youtube.com

We subscribed for YouTube TV and the NDL Sunday ticket. Watched for one month and the streaming quality was horrible. Tried to watch her game today and it kept telling us to sign up. I went to my active subscriptions and it said I had an active subscription with YouTube TV. I called them and was told that I did not have an active subscription. I told them that I was looking at my account and it showed I did. They asked me to send a screenshot of the page. I sent the screenshot and they said I was still signed up for Sunday ticket but that I had canceled YouTube TV. I did n9t cancel any of it. They them told me they would continue to bill me for NFL Sunday ticket, but that I could not watch it without also getting a new subscription for YouTube TV. She also said I would need to sign up for NFL Sunday ticket again. She was rude and acted like I was an idiot. She asked me multiple times if I was signed into the correct account. I assured her I was an even sent her a screenshot of it. Horrible customer service. I would have given them zero stars, but that does not seem to be an option. I will never sign up with them again. It's unfortunate that there is not another way to watch our team!

Worst company on earth by far. It is is bad in every apect I do not even know where to start. It is terrible for creators but these days it is also terrible for customers.

Double charged me in 1 month. And after I canceled it I was charged again

It I could possibly leave 100 negative stars I would . I am so tired of talking to these people I don't know if I can even begin to describe my experiences . They do NOT listen . That's a fact . And they tell you multiple things as if they do not even know they are doing it . You ask for a supervisor and they will not let you . Mean !!! I thought DirecTV was really , really bad . Compared to these people , they are the most kind , intelligent , efficient group that ever lived !!!!!😅
