back in 2021 I tried YouTube TV did not like it cause it was really expensive and I canceled it even though it was canceled. I was still charged $71 for the next month. I called and they said they were going to refund it in between the time I canceled it and the time they decided to refund it was about a month later and I had changed the banks so I never received that money fast-forward to four days ago I had started a YouTube channel went on absence to put in my payment method and I saw where YouTube TV still owed me $71. I contacted them through chat and was told that they would initiate it to pay me back and they would send me an email once I receive that email. I saw where they initiated to give me the money back but they were putting it in the account that I no longer have sadly, I have been calling texting and chatting for the last four days to try to get my money sent back to me on my current bank account. I have been ignored and just been treated horribly like they just don’t care buyer. Beware if you have a problem with YouTube they don’t care about you. They’re not gonna help you and God forbid they owe you any money or a discount cause they’re not going to give it to you because here I’ve been waiting for my refund for three years and now four days three years and four days to get a $71 refund stay away

I'm very disgusted with You TTV. That Zen crap drives me crazy looking at meaningless clips of baby penguins, bears ect.... for 3 to 5 minutes. Such BS. And repetitive movie play, over and over the same movies. That's ridiculous. SmH.

This streaming service is a joke. Now they want to up there price another $10, and it doesn't even want to come on half the time. Will be looking into different service, I'm not paying $90 for this crap.

The price is ridiculously high (~$83/month without 4K nor "premium" channels) and increases every couple of months (it launched at ~35/month).

I signed up for youtube tv after being with hulu for a year. Looked at the promotion of 52.99 a month for 3 months then 72.99 after that. We'll they wouldn't give me that because I was a customer a year ago. They gave me 2 weeks free. Then today, the day after I signed up now starting in January they're going up $10 a month to 82.99. You'd think they'd rep would have told me that. For the same price I might just keep the hulu bundle with Disney plus and espn plus for the same price

Shame. YouTube TV is raising rates from a ridiculous 72.99 per month to 82.99. That is $120 per year. Adios!

Okay until you have an issue, then there is no customer service number to call, and the people you chat with don't know what they are doing. Left a message to receive a call back and I'm still waiting for that call 3 days later. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Worst tv service I’ve ever had. If u have any problems don’t worry there’s nobody to call. Rediculous of every level for service. I had Redzone then all of f a sudden I don’t. I’m done ne with you tube tv. If u read this use somebody else. I hate you too be tv
