Order #10541 Can I give No Stars? Like so many others, placed an order, got a confirmation, found out 7 Days later that the vendor had cancelled my order (via looking at order status on the site, didn’t receive any mail) a week later and still no communication and no refund - basically been ripped off for over £100. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Posted 5 communications to customer care via the site and not a single respond to date.

Order: 10526 Placed on Jan 22. 2023 I paid £130 for a pair of Dr Marten boots, I also bought a pair through Dr Martens two days later. The ones from Dr Martens have arrived but the ones ordered through Tutto Lusso haven’t. I have messaged twice through the online link and I haven’t received any response. Getting concerned after reading all the reviews. I have checked emails including spam and have had nothing. It said after order it would take 3-5 days. I’m now at day 12. Please respond!! *Update: I have messaged them twice online where they have a link to get help! No response. I have however now heard from them following the email sent from the email given on this website, I suggest they remove the other link from the website if it doesn’t work. No surprise I had an email saying like everyone else saying my item is out of stock 🤔 (strange!) I have been told I will get a refund with 5-7 days, I will update if I get this £130 back 🤞 *Edited!! Still no refund! Complete fraudulent company, yes received an email saying they were sorry and to do a charge back through my bank. I’d happily attach the emails to the post if it would let me. Basically they take your money and they never have the item that’s online, they then say you’ll get a refund which obviously you don’t and then try and make your own bank refund you, so they basically keep the money 🤬 *Edit: October 2023, so I never received my £130 refund. I couldn’t get a charge back like the company suggested from my bank and why should they?? I paid for an item the was apparently “out of stock” well why take my money then?? Or if it was after my payment was taken refund me? Then they have the cheek to make me request a refund from my bank. I suggest you don’t ever buy from this company as it is a total scam, let’s hope Karma pays them a visit (who can afford to lose £130 if hard earned money? ☹️ (They also had the cheek to try and get my honest review taken down, thankfully I had kept all the correspondence between ourselves so I had proof. I hope any person reads this and doesn’t make the same mistake as myself.

Please avoid buying from this company at all costs. Waited for nearly 2 weeks for item to arrive and then when I messaged regarding my delivery I was advised it is out of stock, funny they never contacted me in 2 weeks to tell me that. Still waiting for my refund. Please avoid at all cost.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE Placed order on 15th January 23, mailed them on the 31st January 23 and still nothing, shocking experience so far, please refund order 10320 TL? Update 5.2.23 Just realised I have given you my alternative email address from the one I placed the order but the order number is the order number and the name on the email address the same Update 7th Feb 23, still no response from Tutto Lusso and 3+ weeks later zero update about my order, now reaching out to my credit card company See you have edited your response, I have had zero communication about cancelled orders, refunds or since I confirmed my order / contact details so have now contacted HSBC

8 days since I placed an order and no information on it. Looking at other reviews this seems to be the usual experience. Order number 10570 Update: I have not received an email despite Tutto's response on this post. Not in junk either, or a response from the online comment box so this is a lie. And still no update on the item I purchased

Received Order confirmation Thank you for your order, buf 2 weeks later I have heard nothing else. If I am contacted or it’s delivered I will update this but at present if feels like a scam. I emailed and gave been told the product is out of stock and I will be refunded in 7 days - in 7 days I will update this post.. 27th Feb 2023 To update this I HAVE HAD NO REFUND. I was told that they had sent my refund and I should check with my bank for pending refunds. But of course there were no pending refunds! I have emailed them a number of times but they do not come back to me. My next step is to raise this as a criminal matter, as it is now theft. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they keep your money and do not send out the goods.
