Absolute Scam order 6th Feb, have not received so much as an email back to the 7 I've sent requesting a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE: COMPLETE SCAM.

Scam website. Avoid. I ordered a product in January and received no confirmation of the order but the payment was taken. I have chased up twice, one via their website and other email address, but have been completely ignored. I will have to chase this up and flag it with my bank. Avoid at all costs.

Scam website - Please read other reviews - AVOID! Website created December 2022 with no other online presence - took money and did not fulfil order - no communication and no refund - I suspect the very few positive reviews on Trust Pilot are all fake. Every other review is negative - lots of people losing money here something needs to be done.

This tutti Lusso are fraud. I bought an adidas trainers on their website and they charge my card the full amount only to come back and email me to say the trainers is not available.they said they will refund me since January 25 2023 up till now they haven’t refun m. I have sent several emails to them and they never respond to my emails. Pls people stay away from buys any items from them as they are fraud. Am planning to report them to police and other authorities as well

I've already written a 1 star review (I wish it could be zero stars) but wanted to write an update. The customer service team did reply once I had written the first review, telling me they would email me with a returns label as I had received the wrong item which took way longer to arrive than what was specified on their website. This was over a week ago. I am still waiting for this email. I have emailed them twice since but no response. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's now been a month since the initial oder and I am still waiting for the correct item. DO NOT order from this company.

Every complaint relates to credits being raised and not received. This is the same problem i am having with a recent order. Either their internal processes are poor or its a scam website, i would suggest the latter.

I ordered shoes on 25th Jan got a confirmation email and money has been taken out of my account no sign of my shoes. After reading bad reviews I have emailed then 3 times asking for an update and have had no response from them. Looks like this website is a scam wish I had read reviews before ordering

Still no refund. The representative who will reply underneath is lying, they haven’t done ALL they can to help, they have taken my money for an out of stock product (which I had to ask about they didn’t inform me) then said they will refund me by a certain date (this was more lies) they never refunded me at all! they just kept saying it’s my bank? Not let us look into this and find out what’s happened we are sorry etc… they said it’s my problem as it’s my bank?!? However my bank tells me they have heard this a lot before with companies like this and I have now been referred to the fraud team, until I get my refund I will be leaving reviews. This company is terrible, don’t just take my word/reviews please scroll down and you will see yourself. Avoid don’t bother buying from here!! Customer service department/person/representative are awful need to learn some customer service skills and some manners also surly they have a duty of care to customers. Not this company!!! TUTTO-LUSSO AWFUL
