My son worked hard and saved all of his money to buy himself the Solei Dirtbike and absolutely fell in love with it.. Unfortunatly it had been stolen and i needed to have some info for the police so reached out to customer service.. Not only did they respond quickly they were kind and personable about what had happened Still staying hopeful my sons bike will be found Thank you Linda and all of Tuttio for caring and trying to help in this situation

I ordered an Arc for my son, and was so happy with that I bought Soliel GB for myself. Both bikes are solid and made well. The direction for the Arc are a little more in depth but the Soliel wasn’t too hard. Either a screw fell out or was forgotten but customer service was very helpful. I primarily judge companies on their customer service and they were quick and helpful. Because of this, I will probably buy another for my daughter. Thank you.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that both the ARC-I and the Soleil01 GB have been a great fit for your family. We apologize for the missing screw, but we’re glad our customer service team was able to help you quickly—your trust means a lot to us. It’s awesome to know you’re considering another one for your daughter. We truly appreciate your support! Enjoy the rides with the whole family!
