Our experience has been fantastic…
Our experience has been fantastic with ordering our first Tuttio Soleil 01. Our 12 year old son has been research between the Tuttio & another brand for about a year. Ultimately he really wanted the Glacier Blue Soleil. My husband being a certified automotive mechanic is always skeptical of online ordering of these types. We had a snafu with our order due to our personal bank, & the Tuttio customer service was outstanding during the Holidays. Taking care of us ASAP. My son received his bike, they put it together flawlessly. The bike is beautiful, solid. With high end hydraulic brakes, and shocks. The little hiding place for the tools kit is awesome. So far the bike is outstanding. The battery is easily charged. Lasts forever, the quality of every square inch is impeccable!! My husband wants one now too! My son is having a blast!

We purchased the Tuttio Soleil 01 and…
We purchased the Tuttio Soleil 01 and BF combo for our boys (ages 10 and 15) as a Christmas gift, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Neither of them had ever owned or ridden a dirt bike before, so we were a little nervous—especially with the 13+ age recommendation and our 10-year-old. Going smaller would’ve meant upgrading sooner than we wanted, so we decided to take the chance, and we’re so glad we did. From the start, customer service was top notch. We reached out to make sure the bikes would arrive before Christmas and received a quick, thorough response with shipping confirmation and even a follow-up afterward. That level of care really stood out. The bikes arrived in perfect condition and were fairly easy to assemble. The fact that they came fully charged was a huge bonus—no waiting, just immediate excitement and riding. The three speed modes made it easy for the boys to ease into riding safely. After just a few hours of practice, they were already confidently leveling up to sport mode. Overall, this has been an incredible experience. The bikes are well-made, thoughtfully designed for beginners, and the boys are truly having the time of their lives. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase and highly recommend the Tuttio Soleil 01 and BF combo.

Tuttio Soleil 01
I have owned my Tuttio for around 6 months now, and I must say it is amazing. The range is great as I am able to ride all day and still have some battery left. The speed is also really good for new riders. This bike is super moddable as well and is the perfect first bike. Tuttios customer support is also top tier and they respond very fast.

It exceeds my expectations
It exceeds my expectations; it handles super nicely. The instruction manual does not have clear images of the assemblies, which is a problem when putting together special pedals.

The bike is still in the box for…
The bike is still in the box for Christmas but working with the customer service has been easy and fast! They made sure I was getting the best price possible during their sales and updated me on my shipment when FedEx was behind and didn’t do updates. It’s nice to know if there are any issues they help you resolve them quickly.
