Tuttio makes a great bike and my son is thrilled with it! We had a problem with the chain and Linda from customer service responded immediately and said the new parts would be sent. Great customer service!!

Great customer service. I reached out via email to ask for guidance on a front fender I recently purchased for my son on whether I ordered the correct part for his model bike. Their response was very prompt and reassured me that it was the correct part. They went a step further to make sure I knew for future reference that the back fender for his bike is not interchangeable and it would need to be model specific in order to fit his e-bike. They were very kind an knowledgeable for a mom who, admittedly, knows very little about e-bikes.

These bikes are incredible. I bought the soleil 01 and the Adria 26 combo and I couldn’t be more happy. I had a minor hiccup with the Adria 26 being speed limited to 15mph but tuttio immediately helped me unlock it to its full potential and now they both run perfect. I would I highly recommended tuttio e bikes to anyone looking to purchase one. 10 out of 10 for performance and customer service! Great company!

I ordered the combo for my kids for Christmas. It came after Christmas, but it’s definitely worth it every time I reached out to customer service. They responded promptly and was very informative and clarify everything that I asked. No one was ever rude. It was overall the best experience and I will definitely be purchasing more from them. !
