Bought the Arc 1 with extra battery and son is happy to ride. Smooth acceleration. Battery lasts enough to ride around and enjoy. The speed settings are good which helps him learn on low while he learned and then go faster when he wants to. Now he hasn’t stopped riding it. It feels great to get him out of the house and enjoy the outdoors. I also feel safer as a parent that it comes with lights to be seen when riding.

Purchased two of these bikes for my 12 and 15 year old sons. They've been riding them around our property for about a month now. Directions could have been better but install was pretty straight forward. Handlebars and rear wheel came preassembled which was nice. Overall build quality was pretty impressive. Material seemed pretty good and welds didn't look sloppy or superficial. Boys are loving them and we're happy with the purchase. Two friends have since purchased the same bikes for their kids after checking these out. I had to contact customer service for something minor and they were very quick to respond to my issue and figure out a quick resolution. These bikes are a great deal if they hold up. I will try and do an update in the next 6 months.
