My 13 year old son loves this bike. We had a little hiccup with a bad wheel and Linda in customer service was extremely helpful in fixing this issue by sending us a new wheel. We ordered on the Friday after Thanksgiving and received it in 7 days from CA. I was highly impressed with the speed of shipping! Customer service, specifically Linda, was so helpful and she answered my emails daily as we had a lot of correspondence. Thank you!

We ordered the Tuttio Soleil01 Electric Mini Bike for our 13 year old son. This bike is high quality, sturdy, and durable. And gives my son hours and hours of riding time. I highly recommend this bike above any other. We plan on purchasing this same bike for our other children as well. And the staff at Tuttio gave us excellent customer service. They were so friendly and helpful.
