I am surprised at the level of customer service I received. They were very gracious at corrected my mistake and resent the brakes I ordered with no cost to me! Thanks to the Tuttio Team!!

Great customer service!
I would like to commend the Tuttio team for their responsiveness and flexibility. They were very helpful in placing my order and clarifying any questions I had. You can count on their support and prompt communication. I'm currently waiting for my Tuttio Sole1 SE vehicle. Greetings from Poland :)

Great customer service
Ethan was very helpful in providing the tracking number to the headlight that was shipped separately from the bike. He responded in a timely manner and easily cleared up our issue. Much appreciated.

I’ve purchased a Tuttio soleil 01 !!!
I’ve purchased a Tuttio soleil 01, I have to say this company and its products are well worth the money. The customer service is very nice, knowledgeable and attentive with any concern with their products. They will help address issues and safety concerns one may have. I purchased the bike for my young boy and he loved it!!!
