He has already ridden the wheels off….
He has already ridden the wheels off of his Tuttio!!! I had to get a new rear wheel after just 5 months of riding …. My 10 year old son loves the bike. Even after having an issue with the throttle, customer service has been great!

Fast, Helpful & Affordable Customer Service
I’ve had a really great experience with Tuttio Sport’s customer service. I reached out through their online form because I needed help with replacement parts, and I was honestly impressed by how quickly I received a response from a real person. What I appreciate most is that they actually took the time to address my situation and work toward an affordable solution instead of making the process complicated or trying to push me into buying something I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that is responsive, helpful, and willing to work with customers when they need support after the purchase. The quick communication and reasonable replacement-part options made a big difference for me. Overall, I’m very happy with the customer service experience and would definitely recommend Tuttio to others based on how they handled my request. Keep up the great work!

Customer service was helpful and I…
Customer service was helpful and I really like the bike I got. I was, however, a dummy and lost my throttle key. Bikes are quite moddable.

Bike is great for the value
Bike is great for the value. My son loved the experience with his friends through the community. Company has be quick with warranty claims and fast response from email.

Product and Help QUICK and Great
I messaged the company about a product issue, they were quick to respond and handle the issue all at once. They did not hesitate to help or take good care of us. Now that is something special and my son loves riding his Tuttio!!!!!!!
