After careful review and research my son and I both choose Tuttio. Customer service went above and beyond to help get him his dream bike! So glad we stuck with this brand and did not venture out into other designs on the market. It's built strong and looks extremely sharp in person. Thank you Tuttio and the customer service that continued to support all of our important questions! My son cant stop staring at his bike haha

I had a great experience with TuttioSport. The bike we received initially had a defective part, but their customer service was exceptional. They responded quickly and shipped the replacement part free of charge without any hassle. I really appreciated how easy they made the process and their willingness to stand behind their product. Highly recommend!

I love this bike, it's one of my favorite purchases of all time. I ordered a second battery to increase the lifespan of the batteries. That battery failed but becasue it is within warranty Tuttio is sending me a repalcement for free. A solid win all around

I have an ICT and an Adria 26. Both great bikes and fun to ride.

After months of my son asking for a Tuttio, we finally looked into a purchase. We bought 2 from the 2nd hand bike section. One bike was already put together and in pristine condition. The 2nd bike was still in the box. There were a couple scratches and a cracked display. Tuttio sent a replacement display. They were easy to work. Would highly recommend purchasing.

UPDATE 3/31/36 So, life threw a wrench into my plans and getting an ebike suddenly isn't in the cards for me (for now), so almost immediately after placing my order, I reached out to Tuttio support to cancel it. Not only did the company cancel my order and start the refund process, but Miro (my customer service rep) was SUPER quick to communicate with me. It's a bummer, because I really did want the Adria26 since most of the reviews I've seen were overall positive on the 52V 25Ah version's power and range. If you need to find YouTube reviews, CitizenCycle has a great one, and Humming Bird Mine has a great all throttle range test review. Despite the fact I couldn't pull the trigger this time, the company still gets 5 stars from me for their outstanding customer service and response time. 3/26/26 This is a purchasing review, specifically my customer service experience after buying my Adria26 6000w ebike. Immediately after purchasing my ebike, I was suddenly torn on the color. I chose the orange version, but thought that maybe the black version might look better and suit my aesthetic more. So I emailed Tuttio and asked if I could change my order before shipping since the two color options were the same price. Miro was the agent who quickly got back to me and made sure that I got what I wanted. In the end, I chose to stick to the orange version, mainly because I'll be doing a lot of evening riding, and anything to make me more visible to cars and trucks on the road is the smartest thing to do. Plus, the orange will add some personality to my bike! This is the final email she sent in our convo: "Hi there, No worries at all — seriously! I completely understand how these decisions can feel when you're excited about something. Your feelings are totally normal. Sticking with your original choice is a great call — I'm confident you made a great decision. The orange dual motor is a sharp looking bike, and I have no doubt you're going to love it 😊 Please don't apologize at all. We're just glad we could help, and we're excited for you to get your bike! Best regards, Miro" I just want to say that I'm so glad I was paired with such a quick responding, patient, and understanding customer service representative. I emailed her a handful of times and she always got back to me to make sure I was taken care of. So, Miro, thank you for being awesome at your job, and bosses, give her a bonus! Once I actually get my Adria26 and ride it for around a month, I'll make another review about the bike itself. I'll cover the look, build quality, ride quality, speed, and range.

Bought my 12 year old son a Soleil 01 for Christmas to ride with me and he’s absolutely loved it. Also very fun to ride myself as pit pike. Plenty of power and spice.
