1. I purchased the Tuttio and when I received it there were some product damages. I contacted the support management and they responded immediately and shipped me out a brand new bike!! | was very pleased with the customer service and spoke with the representative of the company. He was very accommodating and solved all my issues immediately. I would highly recommend this product and customer service to anyone who is thinking of buying this product. They put their customers first, attentive and trustworthy! Highly recommend! Since receiving the new Tuttio everything is up to my expectations and more. The bike rides great and the speed and acceleration are like no other E bike and the battery range is great is amazing. I love it all around recommend for anybody who is looking to get into riding E bikes and having fun and comfortability and control. I love it. 2. Using the link provided to purchase my Tuttio is very reliable and secure. Management is very attentive and responds within reasonable time.
