My questions
I couldn’t get ahold of them on the phone but, once I sent the email the team responded quickly with answers to all my questions! They offered some protective gear to go along with my son’s birthday gift and he’s beyond excited to receive it!

Great product great customer support!
Great product great customer support! My son absolutely loves his Tuttio! We have had a few issues with it, but customer support quickly worked them out. The throttle broke, they promptly replaced it under warranty. Then other day the speedometer display stopped working. Some quick troubleshooting and they’re sending a new controller and display.

Great Customer Service!
My son had a problem with his Tuttio where the bike would not turn on. Joy in customer service walked us through several steps in order to determine what the problem was. The controller had failed. Joy was quick to get this replaced. Great customer service and great company!
