My son wanted the tuttio after all his research and wouldn't change his mind on getting a different one. This bike has changed his life. The freedom he gets and joy of being able to explore is the best! We've had a few problems with the bike but the company has always been great when we reach out. They respond quickly and are eager to help. They honor the warranty and ask for as many details to get the bike fixed. They've been great with sending me the parts needed and with how to instructions. Overall, I'm happy my son chose the right company as his first ebike. We actually own 2 tuttio bikes now since we loved the first so much.
