We purchased the Tuttio Soleil01 for our son, and it has been one of the best purchases we’ve made. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The customer service was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the response time was impressive. Shipping was fast, and the bike arrived sooner than expected, packaged well and ready to impress. Most importantly, our son absolutely loves his Soleil01! The quality, performance, and overall fun factor exceeded our expectations. He’s been riding nonstop and can’t stop talking about it. What’s even funnier is that the rest of the neighborhood kids have seen it and now they’re ordering their own. Looks like we’re about to have an official Tuttio biker gang rolling around the neighborhood! Great customer service
I ordered the Tuttio ICT electric bike for my teenage son. It is a very good quality bike for the price range and even adults can enjoy it. The customer service is excellent. Tuttio sent me the replacement parts I requested immediately. I plan to purchase another Tuttio electric bike for my other son. Definitely recommend..
