My son loves his bike and rides it like it’s stolen
My son loves his bike and rides it hard every day! The bike holds up great and we’ve had no issues, despite his very rough treatment of it.

My son’s rear shock broke
My son’s rear shock broke, customer service has been fantastic in diagnosing and helping with the final result being shipping us new parts to swap. My son is ecstatic to get back riding his Tuttio. Highly would recommend the product and the customer service furthered our loyalty to this brand. Thank you!

Ordered a Tuttio, great bike and super fun! Had a issue upon delivery of the bike and the support team was understanding and quick to help get a replacement part
