Let the good times roll!
I have had nothing but good experiences with their products and customer service. I thought it would be difficult to have parts sent from out of the States. Things have been going well. Sometimes it takes a minute to get the process of receiving parts but eventually they arrive. The products are great!

My son lost his keys and the handlebars…
My son lost his keys and the handlebars had an issue. Customer support sent a new stem to help with the handlebars and a link to get new keys. My son had another brand bike before and the brakes went constantly, these brakes are much better.

Amazing customer service I was able to get my motor replaced within a few days and they were very understanding and quick to respond!

My son’s Tuttio would not drive when…
My son’s Tuttio would not drive when accelerated. Customer service has been fantastic in diagnosing the issue. A new small sprocket set is required for the fix and Tuttio customer service is shipping us a new part to swap. My son is excited to get back riding his Tuttio. Highly would recommend the product and the customer service. Thank you!
