Ordered the tuttio soleil 1 on December 10th 2025 expecting a 3 day shipping as advertised on the tuttio website well didn't receive the bike until January 9th,2026 . You have to email tuttio constantly to keep in contact with them as they provide no phone number to speak to anyone. Don't purchase the additional protection plan as they just will not honor any part of it . Very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I rate it as a f. Order #T637719 look into the email s I sent review it all then let me know.

Does not turn on with key motor grinds, first generation speedometer races through numbers. kickstand does not stay adjusted Motor used to only work when pedaling unable to use any setting because speedometer does not work battery showed fully charged, will not start. shocks bottom out just by gently pushing on them brakes rotors are warped and a message was sent when brand new. the best remedy would be to exchange the bike for another? dropped off today 2/4/26 at 4:20 pm at loading dock at address given This bike is 6 months old, excellent condition. Less than 300 miles. It is a lemon and should be replaced. Over two months of emailing. No dealer support!

Terrible customer service. Representatives give you the run around. They make you jump through hoops to remedy issues that were created by them. Will not give you a full refund, and you will wait months for them to determine how much of your refund they decide to give you. Ended getting my bike repaired at a repair shop, and they won’t cover the cost of that either. Nice bike if it doesn’t come with any issues, however if it does, prepare to be highly frustrated

I ordered my son a new Throttle, the fast and free shipping - FALSE it took 12 days. I then wanted to return the item. The free 30 day returns- FALSE. Read the extra fine print ( you know the size 4 font, at the bottom, you had to scroll and click through multiple links to find) no returns once it had shipped…. Best of luck if you choose to use this site. Amazon products are the same with way better customer service.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed – Broken Promises & Poor Customer Service I ordered an e-bike on 12/7/2025 as a Christmas gift and was assured it would arrive in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, it did not arrive until 12/29/2025, well after the holiday. Customer service has been extremely frustrating. The only way to contact this company is by email, and responses take days—if they respond at all. Because of the late delivery, the company promised: 1. A mystery gift – never received 2. Compensation or a discount for the late arrival – never provided To summarize, multiple promises were made and none were fulfilled: • ❌ Bike did not arrive by Christmas • ❌ Mystery gift was never sent • ❌ No compensation or discount was given If you’re looking to be disappointed, this is the company for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend staying clear. Between the broken promises, slow delivery, and lack of customer service, this was a very poor experience.

Unfortunately I have to give at least one star, but for me it would be ZERO! I ordered the bike on Dec 11 because they said it would arrive before Christmas, the accessories came, but the bike didn’t. Also, we bought a helmet for $230 that I have to pay $80 to return, it got REALLY big for my son, even for me and his dad it’s big, imagine to a 12 year old. So we will keep a $230 helmet for nothing. Also, if you call they NEVER answer. And the email they answer whenever they feel to. So, I DON’T RECOMMEND!

I did not receive my order. I ordered direct from Tuttio Sport. I paid extra for shipping. It should have arrived before Christmas and it is 12/29/25. I contacted fedex. They never received it. There is a shipping number on my email. I have tried to call tuttio and they don’t answer. Their voice mail is full. I have not had a reply on my email. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered the bike on December 11th. 3 weeks later and it still has not shown up! Do not recommend this company at all!!!!
