Great Bike.. Amazing Customer Service.
Purchased the Tuttio Adria 26 last year it is a very strong and sturdy bike for the cost. Unfortunately the battery had an issue with shutting off after storage in winter, however the Customer Service team was amazing and with a small shipping fee, sent me a brand new battery. Fixed the problem and I’m back on the trails.

Excellent experience / customer service
Excellent experience with customer service. Ordered a product I didn’t actually need (which I was not aware at the time of order), was gifted the product with a full refund. Truly impressed. My boys love the bikes. Very satisfied with Tuttio overall.

the tuttio soleil 01 is the best…
the tuttio soleil 01 is the best electric dirtbike i’ve ever had. i’ve had several e-bikes and by far this one is the best. not only is the bike good but so is the customer service. the bike is so fun to ride and great for wheelies.

Tuttio Arc-1
TuttioSport has the most helpful customer support! My son has the Tuttio Arc-1 and there is an issue with the motor. They quickly honored the warranty and are sending a new one. The warranty protection alone makes buying a Tuttio a safe bet. Highly recommend!
