Bike review
The bike is very good the only problem was the throttle randomly stopped working and it said E08 on the throttle screen and there was no wires disconnected and everything looked fine. I should also add support has been good and getting this repaired

I recently contacted customer service…
I recently contacted customer service about an issue I was having with the throttle. The rep was very helpful and asked very specific questions to narrow down the issue and come up with a resolution!

My son loves his tuttio bike
My son loves his tuttio bike, we have had zero issues. Great starter bike no doubt!

Great customer service
Support team was very fast and responsive. I was asked to send a video of the issue I was having and it was addressed immediately. We are new to the tuttio world and we are very pleased with the customer support we received.

Amazing customer service
My son is absolutely obsessed with his e-bike! He’s had it for over a year and has ridden it constantly without any issues. Recently, the forks broke, and I was worried about how difficult it might be to get help. Thankfully, their customer service was amazing. They responded very quickly, were extremely helpful throughout the process, and made everything easy to resolve. It’s refreshing to find a company that not only makes a great product but also stands behind it with excellent customer support. We couldn’t be happier with both the bike and the service. Highly recommend!

What can be said about tuttio great product and even better customer service. Had a small problem with the bike they had it fix for me asap! Would recommend
