Reached out to Tuttio and received a response almost immediately. They were helpful, patient, and resolved the issue within just a few emails. My kids love Tuttio, and having such great customer service makes the experience even better. All three of them have Tuttio bikes—they should sponsor us! Haha, just kidding... but seriously. Great bikes, great company, and excellent customer support. Highly recommended!

Love the Tuttio bikes!
We have two Tuttio bikes, one for my 12 year old and one for my 15 year old and they both love them. Gets them around town safely and gives them something to take care of and take pride in. As a parent, I also feel that they are safer than scooters. Also, the customer service has been super responsive, friendly, and easy to work with!
