Great quality
The quality on the tuttio bikes is amazing, I have had mine for a year and it still runs perfectly fine. The delivery was really fast and the customer service is great.

Very reliable e bike
I have had the Tuttio Soleil 01 for almost year now and it is a very reliable and fast bike made with quality parts. I had a problem with my motor recently so I reached out to the Tuttio tech team about my problem with my motor and they fixed the problem very quickly. I really enjoy riding this bike and I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone looking for an e bike.

Very pleased with customer service.
Hi, my name is Denny, I was having an issue with my front motor not working after a 1000 miles on my Tuttio Adria 26. I emailed customer support with the issue, they got back with me the very next morning, they had me run the motor through a few test, and determined that the controller was bad. They have sent me a new controller and front motor switch, within three days of emailing and performing test on the bike. I could not be more satisfied with the customer support with Tuttio. Thanks again to the team at Tuttio customer support.

Tuttio ICT e-bike
My son has the Tuttio ICT e-bike, and we couldn’t be happier with it. The bike is fast, reliable, and provides a very comfortable ride. It has performed great and has held up well with regular use. The customer service team has also been excellent. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and were very helpful throughout the process. Overall, this is a great e-bike with solid performance and outstanding customer support. I would definitely recommend Tudio to anyone looking for a quality electric bike.

Great bike my son loves it and customer…
Great bike my son loves it and customer support after the sale has been wonderful my son damaged the bike and a crash and they have helped me get replacement parts promptly.

Great quality product
Great quality product. The packaging was secure and easily disassembled. All the parts fit together as designed. The bike doesn’t feel cheap and my 6 year old loves it. The battery lasts for several hours during intermittent riding during the day. Customer service is easily reached and remedies any issues you have with your order number. Mine was T631614.
