Great little bike
Great little bike. Fast. Only issue I have is how integrated each component. Ignition attached to throttle and display vs individual. They do respond fast at customer service though.

I have purchased 2 e-bikes from them…
I have purchased 2 e-bikes from them over the last year. Purchasing was easy and they were shipped and arrived in a timely manner. The required assembly steps are generally easy enough to follow. The e-bike we just bought had some issues with bent parts. It seemed as though the box got dropped on one area. After contacting their support and uploading a handful of videos and pictures, they have indicated they will send replacements for the 2 bent parts. It wasn't bad, but a bit of a pain to have to keep getting more of them uploaded. All things considered, we've been happy with the products and mostly happy with the service. I would recommend doing business with them.

Solid bike!
Have had the bike for almost a year - upgraded from Razor - definitely packs a punch! Strong acceleration, good braking power and its fast around the block. We did have issue with front fork and customer service promptly replacing it. Good all around product nonetheless.

Tuttio arc
So my son has had this bike for 5 months and he has had ALOT of of issues with it. BUT I will say we have always got a replacement part mailed after emailing tuttio and sending videos of the problem. Just have to be patient as it may take a bit they do send the correct part!

It was pretty good

We bought the ICT a little over a year…
We bought the ICT a little over a year ago and Shipping was fairly quick. We have experienced a few issues with the motor (twice), throttle and tires, but customer service has always been wonderful at helping resolve the issues! Downside is that receiving replacement parts seem to take a long time. Last part that I ordered took 4 weeks to arrive and then the bike was in the shop for 2 weeks. Other than that, my son LOVES his ICT.

Through hell n back
I bought a tuttio ict second hand on fb marketplace and who ever had the bike before me put it through everything imaginable. He ran through mud, dirt, water, jumps, wheelies , ect. I have never seen such a broken bike. Guess what. It still turned on and ran like new and still hit 48mph now I’m doing something special to it but it’s really worth it. One thing though. The suspension is bad so just be aware

Videos required
It took a while to give the information via videos. Had to obtain a go pro type then the best time of day to get a clear picture of the display was a night. Many attempts were made with stills but learned later policy dictated videos. But once done the corrective action was initiated. Long but satisfying.
