Broken Bike within 1 month of purchase. No warranty fix.
Broken Bike with in 1 month of purchase. No warranty fix.
I purchased a Tuttio bike on March 11, 2026. The bike failed after 1 month of normal use. Since then, I've spent 3 months trying to resolve the issue directly with the company but have not received a meaningful resolution. This is not a minor issue. The failure of the product includes a broken fork and malfunctioning battery. These represent a safety concern as the bike cannot be used reliably and creates potential risk to the rider. A product in this condition should not require months of repeated follow-up to address. Throughout this process, the company has delayed resolution by requiring ongoing troubleshooting, documentation, and repeated back and forth rather than providing a clear path to repair, replace or refund. Despite the product being defective and within the warranty period, Tuttio has not honored its warranty obligations. Recently, the company required me to perform additional technical testing on the battery including purchasing specialized equipment to diagnose the issue. I am not a mechanic and cannot reasonably be expected to obtain or use specialized diagnostic tools in order to exercise a basic consumer warranty. The goes beyond normal troubleshooting expectations and places an unreasonable burden on the customer. Over the course of the process, the company has continued to introduce new requirements and steps rather than resolving the defect, extending the issue for months with out resolution. At this point, it appears the company is prolonging the claim process in a way that discourages me from being able to effectively utilized the warranty, rather than providing a reasonable resolution. I have clearly requested a refund and the only response I receive is a request for technical troubleshooting.

I am leaving a one star because it… horrible customer service and this 1300 bike has had 2 major issues in less than 6 months
I am leaving a one star because it makes me, I purchased this bike for my 11 yr old in Dec. March the handlebars completely broke fast forward to May and the shocks completely snapped, Customer service is horrible you get an email every 3 to 5 days and they want to send you parts that you have to pay a bike shop to repair, The phone number on the website just rings, PLEASE do your research before buying this bike, Because I had to YouTube to learn how to fix this bike I found out how terrible the manufacturing is, I HATE writing bad reviews but I don't want someone going through what I am going through on a 1300 dollar bike!!!
Update. They wrote that nice message below that someone will be in contact amd that was not true. No one ever contacted me and they will not help me fix my sons bike.
BUYER BEWARE!!!

Tuttiosport will not honor a simple warranty
MIKONOS,
The video you requested is now provided — in fact, I have included two videos. They clearly show the Adria26 battery shutting down immediately under load when both motors are engaged in PAS 2, and at a charge level higher than 50%. This confirms the defect I have been reporting for over a month: a sudden cutoff at mid charge consistent with a BMS or cell group failure.
This defect was reported within the warranty period, and the warranty remains fully in force regardless of the cost of the component. Warranty obligations do not change because a part is “high cost,” nor do they expire because the company delays the process.
I live in New York City and intentionally recreating a sudden power loss event is unsafe. I have now met your requirement in the safest manner possible. There is no further justification for delay.
Please proceed with the immediate shipment of the replacement battery at no cost to me, as required under the warranty. Include the RMA materials and prepaid return label so your technical team can test the defective unit directly under controlled conditions.
If this is not resolved promptly, my next correspondence will be through my attorney. I would prefer to avoid that step, but I will not accept further delays or repeated requests for information that has already been provided.
Even though you got the videos you demanded to fullfill the warranty I've not received any reply from you or Tuttiosport. Why?
Here is the link to everything you have requested Adria26

Total Scam – Battery Caught Fire, No Support
I don’t usually write reviews, but this was bad enough that I had to say something.
Bought a Soleil for my son back in October. Took about a month and a half to even show up, which was already annoying. But the real problem started after we got it.
Less than two weeks in, the battery failed—and actually caught fire in our garage. Not overheating, not “a little issue”—an actual fire. Luckily we caught it in time, but it could’ve been way worse.
Tried contacting customer support right away. Sent a ton of emails over the next few weeks. Either no response or just getting the runaround. No real help, no solution, nothing.
Started digging into this company and found out we’re definitely not the only ones. There are reports of similar battery issues, especially here in California. That’s honestly scary.
Also noticed they claim to be BBB accredited, but there’s no record of them. That’s a huge red flag.
To make things worse, a neighbor bought another model (Lova) from them and paid about $500 more—and it actually performs worse. I’ve even seen what looks like the same bike selling online for a few hundred bucks.
At this point, it just feels like a scam.

DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCT the Battery is DANGEROUS!
DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCT the Battery is DANGEROUS!
I’ve never dealt with a company that works this hard to avoid honoring a warranty.
I reported a failing Adria26 battery more than a month ago, well within the warranty period. The bike was 8 months old, fewer than 600 miles, and the battery was shutting off at half charge — a clear defect.
Tuttio ignored the issue for weeks, then resurfaced with a canned message claiming “performance may decrease under high load” and offering me a $379 ‘discounted’ replacement instead of honoring the warranty. They didn’t address the defect, didn’t acknowledge the documentation I provided, and didn’t offer an RMA.
It feels like they’re intentionally dragging this out to run down the clock so they can say the warranty expired. That’s not customer service — that’s avoidance.
If you’re thinking about buying from them, be aware: once they have your money, support becomes slow, dismissive, and focused on upselling instead of fixing legitimate problems.
Follow up to this review.
Follow‑up:
Their private email response that I just received directly contradicts their public claims. Despite what they wrote here, they still refused to acknowledge the defect, repeated the same inaccurate technical explanations, and continued to avoid honoring the warranty. The difference between their public posture and their private handling of the issue speaks for itself.
Follow up 4/30/26
My Adria26 battery began shutting off at half charge. I reported it over a month ago, well within warranty, with full documentation. Tuttio ignored the issue for weeks, then resurfaced with the same scripted message over and over:
“Please ride the bike until it shuts down and send us a video.”
I live in NYC. A sudden power cut in NYC traffic isn’t a “test” — it’s a crash waiting to happen. No responsible company asks a customer to recreate a dangerous failure on purpose.
Instead of processing the warranty, Tuttio keeps stalling and repeating the same request, which looks like an attempt to drag this out until the warranty expires.
Buyers deserve to know what after‑sales support really looks like here, please read their 1 star reviews as they all seem to have the same theme.
Update as of 5/5/26 I've provided all the videos they requested and now nothing but silence from them as they want me to buy a new battery instead of honoring their warranty.
“This is my experience with the Tuttio battery after five weeks of attempting to get warranty support. The battery began failing at only 7 months old with under 600 miles of very light use.
Tuttio advertises a one year warranty and ‘service after the sale,’ but they have not honored either in my case. I provided all requested documentation and two videos on 5/3, after multiple earlier delays, and have still not received a replacement or confirmation of shipment.
Communication has been inconsistent, with repeated stalls and no follow through. The warranty process has not been upheld, and TUTTIO has not stood behind its product or its stated support commitments.
The battery shuts off at mid charge under light load, which is consistent with a BMS or cell group failure. I am posting this so other buyers researching this brand can see real world product reliability and the level of support provided after purchase.”
“Both warranty videos (‘Adria Fail 1’ and ‘Adria Fail 2’) were viewed by TUTTIO on the morning of 5/4 at 8 AM EST. Although they have not acknowledged receipt or viewing, the links I provided were accessed. No shipment or follow up has been provided as of 5/5. This marks five weeks since the initial claim and one full business day after they reviewed the evidence.”
Unfortunately I can not post a video or link here so I guess is off to Youtube.

Bad experience with tuttio
We bought our grandson a tutti back in October of 2025 or that’s when he got it within the frist 15 days the front tube blew. I contacted then finally after trying for ever and ordered a front tube. When they sent it we put it on and a week later the same thing it busted. We ordered another one and when it came we took it to have it put on and they said when they removed the tube that was sent the frist time it was a back tube even though the receipt said it was the front tube . And that’s why it busted the second time they wouldn’t put it on because of it being the back tube not the front tube. We have been dealing with this problem for months now paying the payment every month and he’s not been able to ride at all. How fair is that to my 13 year old grandson . There isn’t anyone that ever answers customer service number and I’m lost for what to do next could some one please give me some advice plesse

Nothing but a headache, terrible customer service
Save your money and purchase from a different company. Bought the Soleil in Oct '25. By January the bike was giving an error code and would decelerate and not take on any power. We did purchase an extended warranty on the bike. Mid January I contacted the company about the issue. Took almost 2 months to mid March to get them to agree they were going to send a new battery. They asked me to send the old battery back before giving a replacement so they could do proper tests. Apparently you can't just send a battery back on your own, it has to be created by the company and then sent. It took me about a week back and forth with them before they would create a new label which they could have just done in the first place.
You can only talk to someone via email and it typically takes them 1-2 days to respond. A new battery was shipped finally (even though there was an issue with the controller as well). There was a FedEx tracking number provided and on 3/17 the battery was delivered to the wrong house. I filed a claim with FedEx and Tuttio. They both wanted to blame the other for the mistake. The claim was closed by FedEx due to the package deemed missing. Tuttio responded with their fix was to charge me for a new battery but at a discount. I spoke to FedEx again and they told me that Tuttio has to file the claim and once they do, it will be investigated and FedEx will reimburse for the missing package. I contacted Tuttio again, asking for the next steps and they just reply be patient they are working on it. I have asked multiple times to speak with a manager and never get a response on that email. This past week we put a friends Tuttio battery into our bike and it gives the same error code. When I inquired with Tuttio they said they have filed a claim with FedEx but they are NOT able to provide a claim number at this time. I said if you had filed a claim there would be a tracking number and again no response.
We have asked for a full refund and they said they would send a new battery and this will be the end of it. I again asked for a refund and have not heard back in 4 days.
I filed a police report for the missing package, I also asked for a serial number on the battery so I could see if someone in town did have it and maybe tried to pawn it but they said they don't keep track of these numbers. When I first told them about the issue back in January they wanted the serial number off the battery so they clearly do keep track of these numbers. I had to pay for the shipping of the second battery and asked why didn't they purchase shipping insurance or at least a signature on such an expensive item and they told me it just isn't what they do (even though I incurred the cost of shipping). This company is terrible to work with, the positive reviews are filtered by them on their website. I tried to post a review on their website and it was never published because it was not a positive one. We have been without a bike since January with no resolution in sight and a lot of headaches. It really isn't worth it at all.

Worst Customer Support Ever
I’m extremely disappointed with Tuttio. My son’s bike is less than four months old, and the handlebar started rattling causing a significant safety issue. The middle
screw is completely broken and refuses to budge. Despite multiple requests, Tuttio refused to take responsibility and simply told me to go to a third party for repairs. This is unacceptable for a product this new. I expected better quality and customer service. I would not recommend Tuttio based on this experience.
Response from TuttioSportMar 30, 2026
