Very responsive customer service
The best thing about the tuttio ict is seeing my sons smile every time he rides it. I only wish there were more in depth directions/diagram.

Happy customer
Love my ebike the Adria 26 5000 watt lots of power and customer service has been top notch with any problems that I have they stand by the warranty.

Love my adria26 has plenty of speed and…
Love my adria26 has plenty of speed and power for trails and road I’ve added left side mirror, Bluetooth speaker, video friendly phone holder and cargo basket, great quality and sturdy bike makes for a great ride! Customer service has been prompt and satisfying also would recommend and be a future customer

Great bike
My son loves his Tuttio bike. He rides it all over the place and enjoys the easy to use features. Customer service is also very responsive and easy to work with.

Great customer service. They were able to replace a faulty motor for me after sending videos and pictures via email.
