Nice quality bike

The customer service process was great
The customer service process was great. My son’s bike stopped working due to an error code about the throttle. I reached out to the warranty email and heard back within a day. They did ask for a few pictures and videos of the problem but were always very prompt with their responses. Ultimately, they shipped me the replacement parts to solve the problem. Would recommend this company when looking at E-bikes.

E 10 was on my screen and the bike was…
E 10 was on my screen and the bike was not running. tuttio support had me take a video and access the situation, they replied that night! Releasing my stress. They reviewed the video and are now sending me a replacement piece! Thank you so much what a wonderful experience

Great bike!
The Tuttio Soleil is a great electric dirtbike. It has multiple power levels which is nice to adjust for younger or more experienced riders. Customer service is quick to respond and easy to deal with. 👍

The Soleil01 fork seal went and started…
The Soleil01 fork seal went and started leaking fork oil. I contacted Tuttio and they are sending replacement forks, $319.99, for shipping cost only, $90.00.

This company has the best customer…
This company has the best customer service i have ever experienced. Prompt replies and solutions which include videos. My son is loving this bike

Great product and great customer service
I received my bike, watched the video on unboxing and assembly. I was immediately impressed with the packaging. While assembling everything fit as it should. Looking at the quality of welds and manufacturing also impressed me. I had a question and my customer service representative “Joy” got right back to me with the answer. So far I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
