I just want to start by talking about how amazing this company is. They are pretty solid and produce amazing bikes for which I got the Adria 26. Absolutely love it and was a great investment! However, I did have an issue with the battery and needed a replacement. With only a few emails back and forth and showing what was wrong with it, I was able to get a clear answer and they have helped by sending a replacement through the free 1-year warranty. What I really like is that they respond fast and have solid answers to things so you shouldn't get lost. Overall, great team and love what they're doing! Keep it up!
