My son has been enjoying his Tuttio
My son has been enjoying his Tuttio. He has the Glacier blue model and he loves the color. It's not even a year old and we have had a few things break on it but the cost to replace them wasn't too bad. Just recently the shocks went completely out in the front. Customer service has been fast and sufficient.

Use my bike for commuting
Use my bike for commuting. Works good when it doesn't break. Tuttio support usually fixes things after a long process. Found them on IG.

Tuttio part replaced
My son loves his tuttio but we have had some issues with throttle long term but tuttio has always done the right thing in replacing it or guiding me on how to fix it

Hello From purchase to customer service I’ve had a great experience. The product was quality and my son loves the bike. When something did go wrong I emailed customer service and got a response in one day very fast. And they handled my situation perfectly and very professionally. They answered all my questions and got my son back up and running. Thank you and I definitely recommend this to others.

Tuttio ICT good bike! Bad battery.
I bought an ICT July of 2025 for my son. He really loves this bike. Its a good looking bike, robust and fast! My kid loves it. Im giving it 4 stars but is more like a 3 1/2 because the battery has failed a month out of its 1 year warranty. Honestly my son hasnt been able to ride it since the beginning of June due travelling for the summer. So technically its likely the issue began before the its 1 year warranty was up. We discovered this issue this month. Its sucks because other than that the bike is great... A new battery is $900 its half the cost of the bike. I will be buying a new battery but the battery should also be under tuttios 2 year warranty in my opinion or at least 50% discount in the 2nd year of the warranty. Id hate to run in to this issue again a year from now if the battery fails again. I dont know anyone who would be willing to purchase a new battery every year. Good bike, bad battery.

We bought about a year ago
We bought about a year ago. Has worked great with no major issues. Anything issues we have had customer service has been great to deal with. It’s fast and responsive for the price.
