Best product
So far it has been super good the only issue I have a problem with is the chain because when I first got the Tuttio the chain was already loose but I wish it came with a phone holder and sum ground light maybe and the noise a little quieter

Bike has got 300 miles on it been thru…
Bike has got 300 miles on it been thru a full speed accident and all it need was handle bars talking with tuttio now about getting new ones there bike and customer support is responsive and the bike is solid all around traveler if ur thinking about buying oke this bike is legit good quality and durable and ive had no issues with any of the wireing

I've already been a huge fan of tuttio… this just makes me like them more
I've already been a huge fan of tuttio just because of my experience with their tuttio ict electric bike its soooo much fun but with all the fun wear and tear came into play and I had to contact tuttio support. WHICH WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH SUPPORT FROM A COMPANY. Very helpful very informative and very punctual and im a very inpatient person so they got back to me with in 24 hrs of me sending my first email. Thanks so much tuttio for all your help and your awesome products.

Electrical issue
Had an electrical issue with the soleil01. Support was very helpful in identifying the issue and is sending a replacement part covered under warranty.

Love the bike it works really food and…
Love the bike it works really food and has good mileage. I put 1700 miles on mine and it still works really good

I ordered this bike in April of 2026
I ordered this bike in April of 2026. It has been a joy to ride from the day I unboxed it. I have ridden over 700 miles without any problems. The size of the bike fits me perfectly. At 6 feet tall and 208 pounds, it rides comfortably. The dual motors provide ample power for all inclines. I’m thankful for Tuttio’s commitment to a quality product and service.

We have 3 tuttios and love them
We have 3 tuttios and our boys are obsessed with them! Awesome e-bikes. They are ages 10,12 and 15. When they aren’t riding them me and my husband jump on them! Great purchase!
