I want thank ya'll for your help in resolving the issue with my Grandsons problem with his forks it was quick and to the point my Grandson has DMD and that bike is how he gets around once again thank ya'll I would recommend your bike to everyone.

I have about 3000 miles on my soleil 01…
I have about 3000 miles on my soleil 01 and have loved every second of it. Tuttio has replaced every part that has broken so far because I ride pretty hard. 10/10 would recommend!

2,300+ Miles Later The Adria 26 Is Still a Blast!
We own two Adria 26s, and mine just topped 2,300 miles since May. I ride my Bike everywhere! All I can say is WOW. What a blast to ride!
I upgraded the rear shock to one with adjustable damping, and it completely changed the ride. Honestly, it now feels like a bike I spent $3,000 on. Quick, comfortable, and surprisingly nimble.
I recently had an issue and worked with Tuttio customer support, and my experience has been good. I emailed them a description of the symptoms along with a video, and heard back within about 12–24 hours with troubleshooting help or next steps. When parts or warranty were needed, I provided the requested information and worked with them from there. In my experience, they stand behind their warranty and work with you to resolve issues. For me, it’s been a bit like having a tech team in your corner when something comes up.
One big tip after owning these and doing a lot of research: check your fasteners! A common theme I’ve noticed is people skipping the initial bolt check and the follow-up checks after the first few rides. These are powerful bikes, and trail riding and higher speeds put a lot of vibration and stress on everything. Do a good pre-ride inspection when the bike is new, check everything again after your first few rides, and continue checking periodically. Use blue Loctite where appropriate to prevent a lot of little problems before they start.
Keep the pedal assist down and the range is incredible. Crank it up and let it rip—this bike is quick, nimble, and just plain fun.
2,300 miles and counting. I plan to keep this thing going!
