I've been purchasing from TMS for nearly 20 years. Thousands of dollars later, I've never had a bad experience. I've ordered in-stock items, back-ordered items, in-house produced items, big items, small items, expensive and cheap, etc... Communication, delivery dates, packaging, and products have always been exactly as advertised and great. There was a slight noticeable change when ECS Tuning took over their retail business and fulfillment, but I continue to have a great experience. The only partial negative is that some reps do not have the technical expertise that I think they should, but that's typical sales.

Great customer service. Received a part that did not quite fit right( no fault of turner) they accepted the return and over nighted new parts Very knowledgeable about what they do as well. I look forward to doing more business with them.
