There is no technical support for this company. If you read the other reviews they say the same thing. My 380 sweeper ran for 10 minutes and shut off. I emailed every email they have and have received no responses. I own a factory also and my customer can reach and receive a reponse at any time. How a conpany operates like this is beyond me. I am going to purchase a machine from competitors and throw this one in the garbage, I guess.

I've been trying to contact someone at Turfmatic to return the item I ordered, Customer Service is awful.

I live in the UK, I purchased a Turfmatic last year through a company called Expressgrass.com. I used it once last year and then again earlier this year. I hadn't had it on long when there was a smell of burning from the motor and the machine stopped working. I had bought the Turfmatic just over a year before this happened so not sure whether the warranty was one or two years I contacted Expressgrass who told me to contact turfmatic via their website. I have written to Turfmatic THREE times regarding this and have never received a reply. Unbelievably poor service from this US company for their UK customers.

We never received any updates from Turfmatic regarding the shipping progress. We still have not received our Turfmatic so I cannot review its performance.
