Having these needed to be plugged in is a big down fall

I did, your little sweeper does the job

Good response, great product.

I really like this machine, what a time-saver! It would be great if it was rechargeable, but I have enough extension cord to make this a go! love it!

Trying to get in touch with a life person was very difficult but other than that everything great love the machine

It's à good machine and does a good job. The downfall is not for an older person to use.

I've been using my sweeper for about 6 weeks now, it cleans my turf great, easy to use. I noticed that one of my back wheels was damaged during shipping and I cannot seem to get a response out of them after a couple of emails. Phone calls are a negative as well. This product works great, customer service is lacking.

It removed a lot of debris in the turf without removing much of the sand.
