This is my second order from this website. Quick shipment, I have received it in 3-4 days. Products are not close to the expiration date. Even if they were shipped from Turkey with Fedex, there was no damage.

We're delighted to hear that you had such a positive experience with your repeat order from our website! Ensuring quick shipment and delivering products with ample shelf life are our priorities. We would like to highlight that FedEx treats international packages very carefully compared to FedEx Ground shipments, and they typically go through fewer transit centers compared to domestic packages in the US. Your satisfaction is our goal, and we look forward to serving you again in the future!

Turcamart’s service is amazing and their products are outstanding. Since the item I ordered was no longer available, I was notified via email that they would be happy to upgrade my order to a higher grade product at the same price. They did and included a delicious chocolate wafer cookie bar for the inconvenience this may have caused. Kudos to Turcamart for a job well done.

I ordered a few boxes of tea. The tea was fresh, packaged neatly to avoid damage and arrived swiftly. I wish the M&M crispy were sold in smaller quantities; I would have ordered that as well.
