Alfredo
Purchasing was very easy, they have great prices. Shipping took longer than anticipated but I think it was related to the Tariif debacle. First time I ordered shipping was faster! Will definitely purchase through them again!
Response from TurcamartSep 15, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Alfredo! We're glad to hear that you found the purchasing process easy and appreciated our great prices. We apologize for the slight delay—this was due to the first days of the new tariff rules, which caused some packages to take longer than usual. Fortunately, most shipments are now arriving faster, and we’re confident your future orders will reach you promptly. We look forward to serving you again soon!

Great customer service
Response from TurcamartSep 15, 2025
Thank you for your feedback and for being one of our valued repeat customers. We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced with part of your order. While one package reached you promptly, the second package was held at U.S. Customs for tax assessment for about a week. All required documents were submitted correctly, and customs duties were charged directly to us, but the package was still held. During this time, we stayed in close contact with FedEx to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We’re glad to hear that the package has now been delivered and that your full order is with you. We completely understand how frustrating the delay must have been, and we truly appreciate your patience throughout this process. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are committed to ensuring smoother deliveries in the future. Thank you again for your continued trust and support.
