Even though this tea was to be shipped by Federal Express, it took them well over a week just to get it out the door. Once Federal Express actually had it the shipping was really quite rapid, but it is unfathomable why it took them over a week just to get it shipped. I only ordered four boxes of organic Turkish black tea.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand your frustration about the delayed dispatch, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened. Carrying over a thousand products with expiration dates across different platforms makes inventory management a bit challenging for us. For this reason, in some cases, the processing time can be slightly longer than usual. In rare cases, this can extend our processing time to 4–5 business days, which is what happened with your order. That said, we’re glad to see that once shipped, FedEx delivered your package just in 2 days and that your tea reached you within 8 business days from the date of order. We know your time is valuable, and appreciate your understanding. Thank you again for your patience and for giving us a chance. We hope to serve you even better next time.
